The Disc Separator operates on a sophisticated principle of centrifugal force, utilizing varying forces to expertly separate materials of different densities for optimal efficiency. The DHC self-discharging model elevates this technology with an automated self-cleaning feature, seamlessly managed by an inverter, PLC, and a coordinated set of electrical components that simplify the slagging process.

1. With a precisely calibrated dynamic balance, the drum ensures smooth, low-vibration, and minimal noise operation, ensuring peak performance.
Inside the drum, a series of meticulously arranged disc-shaped components create an intricate structure. The suspension or emulsion enters through a central feed pipe, navigating the narrow gaps between the discs. Here, centrifugal forces guide solid particles or droplets to settle on the discs, forming sediments or liquid layers. These deposits glide along the disc surfaces, separating and accumulating at the drum's widest point, while the purified liquid exits through designated outlets.
Disc installation within the drum significantly reduces the settling distance for particles or droplets and expands the drum's effective settling area, substantially boosting separator production capacity. The accumulated solids in the drum are conveniently discharged automatically through an efficient slag removal system, all without halting operation.
