Horizontal screw decanter centrifuge

Horizontal screw decanter centrifuge separates materials continuously by pushing solid particles to the discharge port with spiral blades while allowing liquid phase to overflow through an overflow hole.  It is widely used in chemical industry, light industry, medicine, food, paper making, mining and other industries.

 

LW decanter centrifuge, we have two different types, one is LW decanter centrifuge , which is two phase centrifuge(solid liquid centrifuge), another is three phase centrifuge (solid liquid liquid centrifuge.)

Feature

1. Two motor, two frequency inverter drive system, realize differential speed stepless regulation and energy return.
2. Spiral stoker blades: Surfacing welding tungsten carbide grinding.
3. Drum cone cylinder material outlet: Replaceable wear resistant, corrosion resistant ceramic alloy bushing.
4. Main sealing parts: material is Nitrile butadiene rubber
5. Electrical protection: overload, phase loss, torque protection
6. Main and vice inverter use common DC bus, vice motor's function is generating electricity ( save electricity)
