Decanter centrifuge is a mechanical equipment which utilize the principle of centrifugal and sedimentation and can carry out continual separate the suspend liquid with density difference.The centrifuges which made by out factory can clarify, dehydrate and classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid-phase particles and thickness range at 0.5~40%.The product can be classify into two type LW-counter-current and parallel-current base on its structure feature. According to feed feature, product can be divide into LW two-phase separator, LWS three-phase separator.It is suitable for separating different feed under different process condition, and widely use in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, environmental protection industry etc.

The decanter centrifuge is suitable for solid-phase dewatering, liquid-phase clarification and separation, liquid-liquid-solid three phase separation and size-grading of various suspensions with solid-phase particle sizes of 0.005-15mm, consistency of 1-40% and temperature of ≤ 100°C, esp. for separating the suspensions whose consistency and particle size vary greatly and for which recovery of filter cloth is difficult, such as treatment of PVC resins, ammonium sulfite, barrium carbonate, strontium sulphate, lithopone,starch, diatomite, plaster, bauxite, soybean protein, peanut protein, fruit juice, drinks, vegetable oil, citric acid, powder of blood, powder of titanium white, kaolin clay and drilling mud, etc., and dewatering of washed coal and fine coal, purification of waste oil, treatment of grain stillage liquid waste and municipal sewage and mineral classification. Besides, it is suitable for waste water treatment of electric power plant sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, paper manufacture sludge.Working Principle:This machine is horizontal spiral discharging settling centrifuge, the main machine has a column-cone bowl, spiral stoker,
differential system, bearing seat, base, cover, main motor,vice motor, and electric control chamber. With the high speed rotating of bowl, form strong centrifugal force, making the sludge dehydrate continuously in 24 hours a day.The main motor through the triangle belt make the bowl rotating, through the planetary gear differential, make the vice motor and spiral differential speed different, realize sludge dewatering and pushing material function, That means differential rotating speed control and torque control. because containing solid rate of sludge may have wave motion, by differential speed control system is the guarantee for speed stability, achieve solid content in sludge is constant, the constant torque control make decanter load in a stable state, the separation effect and flocculation is the best state, so as to ensure the safe operation of the centrifuge.
It has good seal performance (guarantee without material leak in the process of operation), sludge dewatering work in full seal state, makes the environment clean.Two Phases Separation Principle:The feed suspension is introduced through an inlet pipe into the feed zone of the conveyor where it is accelerated and directed into the interior of the bowl. The settled solids are conveyed axially towards the small end of the bowl by means of the screw conveyor, which rotates at a slightly different speed than the bowl. On the way to the discharge ports the solids are lifted out of the pond up along the dry beach. The solids are finally discharged from the bowl through the discharge ports into the collecting chamber of the casing that surrounds the bowl. From there the solids are removed by gravity through the outlet funnel. The liquid phase forming a hollow cylinder due to the centrifugal force, and flows towards the large end of the bowl. There the liquid overflows adjustable plate dams into the centrate chamber of the casing and is discharged by gravity.Three Phases Separation Principle:The light liquid phase is discharged into the casing through radial holes in the large end hub. The heavy liquid phase is discharged through axial holes in the large end hub. The liquid radius for the light liquid phase is smaller than the radius for the heavy liquid phase. The liquid level is controlled by plate dams. In order to prevent the light liquid phase from leaving the bowl through the heavy liquid phase outlet, a separating plate is placed on the inside of the large end hub. The heavy liquid phase has to pass under the separating plate before being discharged into the casing. The liquid radius for the heavy liquid phase is controlled by plate dams. The solids are discharged in the normal way.
